Victoria Falls hospitality group appoints Andrew Conn as Operations Director and Anald Musonza as Sales and Marketing Director.
Africa Albida Tourism has announced the appointment of two senior leaders to its executive team, with Andrew Conn taking on the role of Operations Director and Anald Musonza appointed as Sales and Marketing Director, effective 1 July 2026.
Both appointments reflect the company’s commitment to developing leadership from within, with Conn and Musonza bringing many years of experience and service to the organisation. Their contributions have played a significant role in shaping Africa Albida Tourism’s growth and strategic direction over the years.
As Operations Director, Conn will oversee the performance of the group’s hospitality portfolio, focusing on operational excellence, guest experience, service delivery and continued business growth. Musonza will lead sales and marketing efforts across the organisation, driving brand visibility, market expansion and revenue growth initiatives in key source markets.
Announcing the appointments, Africa Albida Tourism Chairman Dave Glynn said both leaders had demonstrated exceptional commitment to the business and were well positioned to guide the company through its next phase of growth. He noted that their deep understanding of the organisation, combined with their leadership capabilities and industry expertise, would be invaluable as Africa Albida Tourism continues to strengthen its position as one of the region’s leading hospitality groups.
Africa Albida Tourism operates the Victoria Falls Safari Collection, which includes Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, Victoria Falls Safari Club, Victoria Falls Safari Suites, Lokuthula Lodges, Victoria Falls Safari Spa and The Boma – Dinner & Drum Show. The portfolio is set to expand further with the opening of Albida – Victoria Falls, a new boutique retreat scheduled to welcome guests from 1 September 2026.
