Cath’s family has been a cornerstone of Zambia’s tourism industry for over 25 years, owning Livingstone’s Adventure, the country’s leading tour operator. Raised in the African bush and immersed in adventure tourism from a young age, she brings an unmatched depth of local knowledge and expertise to the business. Dan, meanwhile, spent much of his childhood on safari with his family across Africa – ironically, likely experiencing more safaris than Cath, despite her Zambian roots! With his grandfather hailing from Chipata, a small town in northern Zambia, Dan’s connection to the continent runs deep. Together, their backgrounds in travel sales, operations, and first-hand exploration uniquely position Tusks & Trails to offer world-class travel experiences with an authentic, on-the-ground perspective.
