They stay up to date through supplier newsletters, product trainings with different safari operators and most importantly through in person site inspections and educational trips. They remain close to suppliers and nurture the bonds they have built in the tourism and hospitality tribe over many years of working in the region. The owner-run business strongly believes in giving back to conservation and to local communities. Every year a percentage of their profits is donated to a group of carefully selected projects.
