Perched high up on a ledge overlooking the Savuti landscape, lies the Eco-friendly Ghoha Hills Savuti Lodge. Savuti is part of the Chobe National Park and is renowned for being a prime game viewing destination in Botswana. Ghoha Hills Savuti Lodge has been designed and built to blend into the natural surrounding environment and to take full advantage of the spectacular 180 degree views.

Ghoha Hills Savuti Lodge is fully run on solar power, utilizing the available sun energy to generate enough renewable power to provide the lodge with all of its energy requirements and significantly reduce the site’s environmental impact.

Each luxury tented room sleeps two people, offers en-suite facilities and breathtaking views of the African plains (Which can even be enjoyed from the shower). The luxury tented rooms have private viewing decks which can be used to enjoy the untouched wilderness. The lodge also has 2 luxury family-size tented rooms that sleep four and are suitable for two adults and two children.
The luxury tented rooms are well appointed with no expense spared in the decor and wonderful linen ensuring a good night’s rest every night.

Activities

High Tea and Sunset Game Drive
On arrival at Ghoha Hills, guests are treated to high tea in the main area and introduced to their guides. This is followed by a sunset drive along the private road network around the lodge, ending at the scenic Baobab site with breath-taking sunset views and sun-downers served.
Full Day Safari
After enjoying an early continental breakfast at 06h30, guests will depart from the lodge around 07h00 and return in the late afternoon (depending on the guest’s needs and different sightings). The first stop and stretching point will be the Baobab Cathedral with some outstanding photographic opportunities.
Morning Safari
Guests enjoy an early continental breakfast at 06h30 and depart from the lodge around 07h00. After a leisurely drive with their ranger they will stop for tea in the marsh. Make your way back to the lodge to have lunch in the thatched viewing deck at the lodge’s private waterhole.
Take It Slow
Enjoy a full English breakfast at your leisure. After which you can relax in the lodge area, have a swim or have a wellness treatment. There is also Wi-Fi available letting you connect to loved ones or just catch up on the news.
