Travellers drive their own 4×4 in a small convoy, navigating remote tracks and wild landscapes, while an experienced guide and support crew lead the journey in a separate vehicle, lending assistance as needed along the way. The nights are spent at handpicked remote campsites in cosy rooftop tents under the limitless African skies.

A defining element of guided journeys is Botswana-Experience’s own fleet of 4×4 Toyota Land Cruisers. Owned, operated and maintained by the company’s team, the vehicles are designed for comfort, safety and reliability in remote conditions. Each vehicle features a pop-up roof for optimal game viewing, a guaranteed window seat for each guest, and a fridge to keep drinks cool. The closed design of the vehicle provides increased comfort over longer distances and protection from dust, heat and changing weather conditions.
