Arrive at the Pure Africa Waterfront for your Sunset Cruise onboard our flagship Zambezi Explorer, soaking up the ambience as the colours of the sky turn to burnt orange before the day sees the last of the light.

After your cruise, return to The Eatery where a selection of delicious stews prepared traditionally in potjie pots and left to simmer to perfection, will be served. The potjie dishes offered are Beef, Chicken and Vegetarian, each bringing their own distinct taste of wood-smoked Africa.

Start your evening with a compelling Sunset Cruise on one of our flagship Zambezi Explorer ‘Luxury Decks’, before returning to The Eatery at the Pure Africa Waterfront to indulge in an alfresco dinner of traditionally prepared potjie pot stews. The Zambezi Explorer’s ‘Luxury Decks’ have never looked better, completely refurbished with Ndebele-patterned chairs, generous lounge seating and views through crisp linen curtains, they offer the ideal backdrop.

The Eatery Pot & Cruise reimagines the Zambezi River experience, combining our Sunset Cruise onboard the sophisticated Zambezi Explorer ‘Signature Deck’ with a distinctly African potjie pot feast under the stars. Depart on the vessel’s uppermost ‘Signature Deck’ that offers uninterrupted views from the 6m elevation, delicious canapés and the service of a dedicated mixologist as you cruise the waterways on your Sunset Cruise. After the sun sets, transition seamlessly to time spent around the fire pit before following the lantern-lit pathway to your table at The Eatery, where dinner under the stars will await you.
