Welcome to Africa's Eden Europe Roadshow 2026

21 September – 1 October 2026

As a qualified Africa specialist, luxury, or FIT travel buyer, you are invited to join the Africa’s Eden Europe Roadshow — your opportunity to meet face-to-face with Southern Africa’s leading safari operators, boutique lodges, and DMCs.

Why attend as a buyer?

Southern Africa remains one of the world’s most aspirational travel destinations, offering authentic safaris, world-class lodges and deeply immersive, experience-led travel that today’s luxury clients are actively seeking.

The Africa’s Eden Europe Roadshow gives qualified travel buyers a rare opportunity to meet face-to-face with leading safari operators, boutique lodges and DMCs from across Southern Africa, all in one place.

Designed for Africa specialists, luxury travel advisors and FIT planners, the roadshow provides direct access to the people behind the product. It’s an opportunity to deepen your destination knowledge, discover new experiences and build the relationships that lead to stronger, more competitive itineraries.

We recognise that many travel professionals now work remotely, and connecting with suppliers individually is not always practical. This roadshow simplifies that process. In a focused half-day format, you’ll meet up to 25 carefully selected suppliers, making it one of the most efficient ways to expand your Southern Africa portfolio.

To maximise value, participation is free of charge for qualified buyers, and the format is designed with your schedule in mind:

  • A half-day, structured meeting format followed by an informal networking session, allowing for meaningful, time-efficient engagement
  • Pre-show online destination workshops, giving you and your team the opportunity to build knowledge in advance and refer back to key content

This is a practical, time-efficient way to strengthen your knowledge of Southern Africa and build the partnerships that elevate your itineraries.

Event Format

Meetings follow a round-robin format, where buyers rotate through each exhibitor to ensure equal exposure and meaningful connections. Buyers are expected to complete the full rotation for a balanced experience. Each session ends with a networking dinner, creating space for relaxed conversation and relationship-building.

Destination workshops are hosted online before the event, offering key insights into the region and its products – easy to share with your team and revisit anytime.

Schedule

We will run a series of in-depth destination workshops online before the event to familiarise you with the region and the basics.
