Windhoek is Namibia’s capital and the gateway to the country’s great landscapes: the red dunes of Sossusvlei, Etosha’s wildlife, Damaraland and the Skeleton Coast. In November 2027 it hosts the 7th Africa’s Eden Travel Show – Global Edition.
The Global Edition is Africa’s Eden’s flagship international trade platform. It connects Africa’s Eden member products and operators with travel buyers from outside Africa through pre-matched appointments, destination and special-interest presentations, and time to build real relationships.
This is not a hall of thousands. It is a curated group of international buyers and Africa’s Eden member exhibitors: small enough that people meet properly, and long enough together that conversations continue after the last appointment.

If your buying business is registered outside Africa, the Global Edition is your show.
Destination presentations from across the Africa’s Eden region, plus special-interest sessions on access, routing and logistics, contracting and rates, sustainability and community tourism, and selling Southern Africa in international markets. Participants choose the sessions that matter to them.
Buyers and exhibitors are matched in advance through a diary-based system, so every meeting has a purpose. Appointment books are filled ahead of the show.
Evening events and meal breaks are built into the programme for informal conversation and long-term partnerships.
Fam tours run before the show across the Africa’s Eden region, and all of them end in Windhoek in time for registration. All fam tours on this programme are pre-fams: there is no post-show fam programme. Fam tours are open only to registered show buyers and can be booked once registration and payment are complete.

Exhibiting is open to Africa’s Eden members only: product, activities, tour operators and trade. Early-bird registration closes 1 January 2027.
Registration is open to travel trade buyers from companies registered outside Africa. Places are limited and every application is reviewed.
