The Africa’s Eden Maun Roadshow brings our members face-to-face with the Okavango’s travel trade, in one focused, high-impact afternoon.
Maun is the gateway to the Okavango Delta and Botswana’s safari capital. It is home to the tour operators, DMCs, mobile safari companies and agents who package and sell the Delta, Moremi, the Kalahari and the Makgadikgadi Pans to travellers from across the region and around the world. The roadshow puts them in one room with leading safari operators, lodges and DMCs from across the Africa’s Eden region.
Attendance is free of charge for buyers, with no travel required: half a day, in your own town, with Southern Africa’s leading suppliers in one room.
The round-robin format ensures fast-paced, face-to-face meetings designed to connect the right people, strengthen regional knowledge and drive future business. Buyers meet every exhibitor in the room, and the afternoon ends with a relaxed networking cocktail.
We encourage buyer teams to attend together, so that the whole team gains a deeper understanding of the Africa’s Eden product portfolio. That means putting names to faces and laying the foundation for lasting sales relationships.
