The River Club is located 18km upstream from Victoria Falls. VicFalls is within 30 minutes’ drive, but you won’t have any noise pollution from helicopters and microlights. Rather, you will find a tranquil oasis where chirping birds and hippos honking in the Zambezi River below being the only disturbance to the serenity.

With an elevated position along the Zambezi River, with all 11 luxurious, open-plan suites located along the river banks. Giraffes live at The River Club
In late 2021, TRC welcomed giraffes Geraldine, Juju (short for Justyne) and Joshua. These two females and one male giraffe originally came from a game farm in Choma, southern Zambia. The young giraffes and bushbuck, and impala have the freedom to roam the extent of the 65-area property to the delight of residents.
Kosher
The River Club is passionate about history, particularly the history of Jewish people in Livingstone. Because of this, The River Club has set up two kosher kitchens, both set up to follow the laws of Kashrut. Our staff members use the first kitchen, who are all fully trained in preparing, cooking, and serving kosher meals. A Mashgiach can only unseal the second kitchen.

River Club guests have access to a tennis court, snooker table, nature trails, swimming pool overlooking the Zambezi River, croquet, and boules on the lawn. There is a small gym to get your heart pumping and a spa treatment room for the ultimate in relaxation and pampering.
