The Africa’s Eden Windhoek Roadshow is an opportunity for our regional Africa’s Eden members to meet and do business with buyers from Namibia. Buyers are considered any travel agents, tour operators and DMCs that do business in Namibia and include the other countries in their itineraries. This event is about product training and we encourage companies to send their full teams to participate in the event, not just single representatives.
The event employs a structured round robin, speed-dating format. Exhibitors will remain at their assigned desks. Buyers will proceed sequentially from one numbered exhibitor desk to the next, ensuring engagement with every participant. Following a morning of meetings attendees are invited to a relaxed networking finger lunch for continued conversation.
