Africa's Eden MICE Show 2026 Livingstone, Zambia

February 19 – 21, 2026

Meetings Format

The Africa’s Eden MICE Show continues to offer a high-value, curated in-person business events platform that connects regional suppliers with international meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE) buyers. The 2026 edition maintains a strong in-person focus with workshops, structured networking, one-on-one meetings and multi-destination site inspections, while now offering a hybrid meeting extension for buyers who cannot travel.

In-Person First – What Stays Core

The heart of the Africa’s Eden MICE Show remains in-person engagement, including:

  • Curated workshops and sector insights tailored to today’s MICE buyers and suppliers.
  • Structured networking opportunities that support meaningful connection and deal-making.
  • Site inspections across three destinations – including Livingstone, Victoria Falls and Kasane – showcasing world-class venues, experiences, and event infrastructure.

These in-person experiences unlock the full value of business events and are exclusive to onsite participants.

Hybrid Meeting Extension – Virtual Buyers Overview

To respond to market uncertainty and protect in-person value, Africa’s Eden is extending select virtual one-on-one meeting access for buyers who are unable to attend physically.

Key Virtual Buyer features:

  • Complimentary registration (FOC).
  • You do not need to attend the full show in person.
  • You may choose to book one or several meetings.
  • Participation is meeting-based only – not session-based.

This option is designed for time-poor buyers who want efficient, targeted engagement with exhibitors where travel isn’t possible. (Virtual participation includes only confirmed one-on-one meetings, not workshops, networking functions, or site inspections.)

Why Attend as a Buyer?

Discover a Diverse MICE Destination

Africa’s Eden offers a fresh and vibrant alternative to traditional MICE hubs such as South Africa, Rwanda, or Kenya. With unmatched natural beauty, world-class venues, and authentic cultural experiences, the region provides an inspiring backdrop for meetings, incentives, and events.

Personalised Experiences with Real Value

Unlike large-scale conferences, Africa’s Eden events are curated to deliver a more intimate and personal touch. Incentive programmes here are more exclusive, meaningful, and often deliver greater value for clients than standard mass gatherings.

Growing Connectivity

With new airlines flying into the region, access is easier than ever before-unlocking opportunities to expand your client offerings in emerging MICE destinations.

Year-Round Opportunity

MICE tourism is not seasonal, making it an ideal way to fill venues and hotels during traditionally quiet periods while offering clients innovative, premium experiences.
